At the 8th Asian Borderlands Research Network Conference in Taiwan, experts from 37 different countries explored how borders in Asia are increasingly understood not as lines of division, but as dynamic spaces of connection. The Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea contributed to the dialogue on rethinking borders through cooperation, mobility, and transboundary exchange in a rapidly changing regional context.
