The speeches mostly focus on North Korea, as John O’Dea did serval works in the DPRK related to agriculture, livestock, forestry and environmental development and therefore has a lot of real-life experience the students could learn from. In his presentation O’Dea explained a lot about the work he did in North Korea and the chances and challenges coming along with that. While Dr. Lee as a Professor at the Division of Environmental Science & Ecological Engineering Department of Climatic Environment rather focused on the agricultural implementation of new technology and the Status Quo in the DPRK and the ROK.
At the end of the workshop the Mr. O’Dea had a Q&A session were students could ask him questions regarding the work in international organizations and projects with North Korea.
