SDG implementation in Korea

The invited speakers shared the current status of the SDGs implementation both in the ROK and DPRK.

Prof Cho explained the implementation process of the SDG in the DPRK. Prof Moon shared current challenges for the SDG-implementation in the ROK and Prof Kim suggested specific SDGs which might fit the southern part of the peninsula the best.

Dr. Hyun-Ah Choi, Senior researcher of the Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea also attended the workshop as an invited panelist. She shared different ideas on possible SDG implementations based on the HSF’s work in the field of environment and nature preservation.
