Prof. Han is currently dean of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jungwon University and visited as part of a comparative research project on working conditions of Koreans in various countries, among them Germany. Germany in the last years tried to improve working conditions for foreign workers, among them Koreans, particularly in fields where qualified labor is scarce, like in nursing, IT, engineering etc.
