The Dasan Conference 2016 in Jeju

From 7 to 9 of November 2016 the Dasan Conference took place in Jeju, regarding “Science and Technology Convergence on Climate Change”. It was hosted by the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies. The conference consisted of various symposia, which discussed climate change and the role of science.

On November 8, Dr. Bernhard Seliger from HSF Korea talked about “Climate Change, Afforestation in North Korea and the Experience of Hanns Seidel Foundation “ during the second symposium (”Findings and Challenges of Agriculture and Forest in the New Climate Regime”).
