HSF shared its experiences on the Korean Peninsula

Separation, division and (re)unification are at the core of the group’s new project, that is creating stage plays and artistic performances since 2002. It seems almost natural that topics such as these brought the group to South Korea, a divided country that has looked back in German history on many occasions. The German-Korean drama-project, that is being developed in cooperation with Korean artists and performers, get its support from the Senate of Berlin, the Goethe Institute in Seoul and Chung-Ang University in Seoul.

During their visit at HSF, members of LUNATIKS showed interest in the foundation’s projects and the related experiences on the Korean Peninsula, as well as the experiences and impressions of HSF representatives on a personal basis. To develop authentic characters for their play, the drama group wanted to know what it means to work and study in Korea and how to live one’s daily life on the peninsula.
