Sege Shimin (The Cosmopolitan) No. 6

After decades of globalization, currently tendencies of a more inward-looking policy can be observed around the world. While understandable in an increasingly confused world, this might lead to parochialism and exclusionism. The newly founded journal “The Cosmpolitan” (Saegeeui Shimin) tries to discover the common humanity through dialogue and discussion.

In the current 6th issue of the journal published by Prof. Choi Du-Hwan and resident representative of Hanns-Seidel-Foundation in Korea Dr. Bernhard Seliger, participating as a member of the editorial board of the new journal, discusses various issues around the world including literatures in Africa, investment of Aesculap in Germany and the young female mayor of Rome.
