During the meeting, the guests introduced their current art projects ‘Future M’ and ‘In Between’, which rely on a visual display of cultural challenges and issues as well as questions regarding identity. The artists and the representatives of the Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea shared their ideas on how to apply these art projects in Seoul and further discussed about topics on North Korea such as the identity in the Korean context, traveling to the DPRK as well as the current environmental projects of the HSF Korea.
The HSF Korea is looking forward to meeting Prof. Dr. Wenzel and Ms. Schmitz again in August to acquire new and distinguished impressions and perspectives on Korean culture, migration and the implementation of such into art.
