Internship Program
Gaining Experiences and Supporting the Hanns Seidel Foundation

The Hanns Seidel Foundation has been running its internship program for many years and gives young people the opportunity to get some first hand experience in working at a political foundation. It is our aim to help our interns to gain new skills and contribute their own ideas to the work of the foundation at the same time.

Best Practices

For many years, the Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea has offered young people the opportunity to gain first experiences for their future careers. Through its internship program, the foundation is offering university students frequently the opportunity to gain insights into the work of a political foundation in general, and the projects of HSF Korea in particular. Thus, they acquire valuable skills in terms of research, administration and project coordination. Moreover, the foundation puts much emphasis in fostering already existing knowledge, by encouraging its interns to contribute to the work.

Interns from Germany and Korea welcome

The internships usually last for two to four months. At the moment, Mr. Nikolas Sonneborn and Mr. Wilhelm Emmrich are supporting the work of HSF Korea during their internships. Also, HSF Korea is welcoming Korean interns, and recently Ms. Park Jung Min successfully finished her work. Not only did she acquire new skills and experiences, she also was encouraged to contribute already existing knowledge in the work. HSF Korea would like to express our gratitude to all interns who actively supported and helped developing our projects and works.
