As a regular contributor of articles to KORUM, Dr Bernhard Seliger has provided insights into North Korea's research, use and perspective on AI with his article on "High - Tech and AI in North Korea". The use of AI in North Korea is viewed with great concern, particularly with regard to its use in the military and for surveillance. However, a civilian use could possibly offer valuable opportunities, especially for the country's underserved population.
