Meeting with Urban Bees Seoul

On 8 July, Dr. Seliger and Ms. Baek at HSF Korea visited the Urban Bees Seoul office and urban beekeeping site in the Samgakji area.

We could observe hundreds of honey bees flying and protecting their houses from rain and we could also see the attack from the Asian hornet(Vespa velutina). Urban Bees Seoul has been actively working to protect bees, spread the value of bees, and create a new urban culture that flourishes the coexistence of bees and humans via education, and job creation for a sustainable community. HSF Korea thanks to Urban Bees Seoul for welcoming us and for sharing the dream of our common future!
