During the seminar, Alexander Görlach includes the political events of the past few years in non-EU countries and their anti-liberation tendencies, such as the United States of America, Turkiye, Hungary, and the United Kingdom. Politicians seem to use the same methods of strategies, for example, anti-immigration acts and discrimination. Alexander Görlach pointed out, however, the importance of the media as well as individual action. It was an informative and interactive seminar that welcomed all students to participate and share their experiences and thoughts about the topic. Students from diverse countries visited the seminar and were given the chance to ask their questions.
