Hanns Seidel Foundation Strengthens Cooperation with South Korea’s Ministry of Unification

Felix Glenk, newly appointed Representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation for the Korean Peninsula and Mongolia, met with Vice Minister Kim Nam-jung for an initial exchange in Seoul. Discussions focused on the successful track record of cooperation and prospects for further strengthening collaboration in the field of reunification.

Felix Glenck, Head of the Korea/Mongolia Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, paid a courtesy visit to Vice Minister Kim Nam-jung of the Ministry of Unification on Friday afternoon, March 20, 2026.

Felix Glenck, who was newly appointed earlier this month as the Head of the Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea Office, visited Vice Minister Kim Nam-jung at the Ministry of Unification—an institution with which the foundation has maintained continuous cooperation in the field of unification. During the meeting, they exchanged greetings, reviewed their past cooperation, and discussed future plans for collaboration.

Both sides positively evaluated their longstanding partnership and agreed to continue close cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Kim Young-soo, Project Manager of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Seoul, Kim Min-kyung, Director of the Climate Cooperation Division, and Kwon Jin-ho, an official from the Ministry of Unification.
