North Korean Review Fall 2024 (Volume 20, Nr. 2)

Published by Yonsei University’s Institute for North Korean Studies with support from The Asia Research Fund, this edition invites readers on a journey ranging from questions of North Korean identity, socio-economic circumstances and developments in the Pyongyang-Moscow security nexus.

 

Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea proudly acknowledges representative Dr. Bernhard Seliger’s work as a Book Review editor. Written and reviewed by experts from all over the world, the North Korean Review furnishes readers with a prime grasp of North Korean realities and developments.

The NKR is a biannual peer-reviewed journal of the Institute for North Korean Studies (INKS) that analyzes and presents the culture, history, economy, religion, politics, and international relations of North Korea. It aims to broaden readers' understanding of North Korea by publishing articles, essays, and book reviews on North Korean studies.
