50th anniversary of the Korea-Germany Forestry Cooperation

The 50th anniversary of the Korea-Germany Forestry Cooperation was held on 3 July to reflect on the achievements and historical significance of this collaboration between Korea and Germany and discuss the future direction of forestry technology.

In particular, the forest experts discussed forestry technology to focus on preserving and sustainably managing the forests we have nurtured over the past 50 years during this anniversary. Dr. Hyun-Ah Choi, senior researcher at Hanns Seidel Foundation Korea, also participated in this anniversary and learned insight into forest cooperation between Korean and Germany.
