The Conference, which is co-hosted by the Interdisciplinary Study Group on Climate Change and Environment of Korea University, the Global Green Growth Institute and the UNDP Seoul Policy Centre, the Asia-Europe Foundation and the CSDLAP (Center for Global Climate and Marine Governance) will start at 10:00 am (KST). All general participants can follow the sessions via live streaming service on the YouTube channel CSDLAP tv.
After a short opening session there will be four sessions discussing global trends, climate change and SDGs, the role of international organizations and the role of universities. Dr. Bernhard Seliger of Hanns-Seidel-Foundation Korea will be part of the noon session (12:35-13:50) which is focused on the role of international organizations in green ODA. He will talk about afforestation and biodiversity projects in North Korea.
